High school athletics are severely behind on how strength and conditioning programs should be structured and implemented.
This leaves high school athletes to develop an overload of sport-specific movements, chase weight room numbers, and overall decrease performance and increase the risk for injury.
At The VSC we provide elite, customized strength and conditioning programs for teams that empower athletes to not only become stronger and faster, but more resilient to injury as well.

Our performance-driven programming for high school athletes follows the demands of each sport and adapts to each team’s weight room setup, equipment access, and scheduling demands.
While in-season, off-season, & pre-season each athlete will be prepared with appropriate exercise selection, volume, & intensity to promote development year-round.
